Refund Policy

We would like all of our guests to be happy customers. If you have a complaint, we will do our best to rectify it, however this may not always be possible. Our policy is that we will provide refunds up to 6 months after purchase when accompanied by a receipt. In most cases, we will not provide a refund after 9 months. We will also not provide a refund on items that have been washed more than once or where the item seems to have undergone poor care by the purchaser. Please contact us regarding your complaint at
