Vanilla Extract

3/4 Cup Cheapest Vodka you can find
3-4  Vanilla Beans
Pint size canning jar or jar with lid

Slice Vanilla Bean in half and scrape out seeds, Put in vodka.

Cut up Vanilla pod and throw in as well.

Let sit for 8 weeks, giving it a good shake whenever you think to.

***Put the date on the lid so you know when the 8 weeks is up.

VANILLA SUGAR

Take a Vanilla Bean and Slice in a half and place in a canister of sugar and the sugar will absorb all the vanilla flavor.

This is awesome for Ice Cream or baking in general.
